Stoner renews alliance with Huski
Stoner, the defending MotoGP World Champion who recently announced he'll be retiring from the sport at the end of 2012, has been promoting the Toyota Huski skid steer loader range since 2009.
Toyota Material Handling Australia's chief operating officer, Steve Takacs, said the company was delighted to continue having Casey Stoner not only using but also representing the company's Huski skid steer loader products.
"Casey is an outstanding ambassador for Australian sport, and Toyota Material Handling Australia looks forward to another successful partnership with him," Mr Takacs said.
On the back of the new agreement, Stoner has recently taken delivery of a second Huski 5SDK-11 loader for use on his country NSW property. TMHA Beresfield branch manager Peter Wilson delivered the Huski 5SDK-11 (the largest loader in the Toyota skid steer range) to Stoner's farm.
Toyota's Huski 5SDK skid steer loader range has five models, with operating load capacities from 320 to 900kg (SAE) - including two model choices not available in its predecessor, the highly popular 4SDK range. The range spans from the carry-over 4SDK4 model with an operating load rating of 320kg up to the range-topping new 5SDK11, with an operating load rating of 900kg.
Huski buyers can also opt for the Huski 5SDK9, a new skid-steer loader model with an operating load rating of 730kg, the 5SDK5 (430kg operating load), the 5SDK8 (650kg) and the 5SDK10 (820kg). Key features of the 5SDK skid steer loader models include a larger open cabin, reduced noise and vibration levels and digital meters for quick fuel, oil and engine temperature checks.
The new 5SDK skid steer loaders also incorporate the heavy-duty construction, low running costs and long machine-life characteristics which have encouraged the high levels of brand loyalty that Huski has achieved.
